一、開箱錄影要求
I. Unboxing Video Requirement
為保障您的權益,請務必於開箱時全程錄影,並遵守以下規範:
To protect your rights, please ensure that you record the entire unboxing process and follow the guidelines below:
錄影必須從「包裹外箱完整未開封狀態」開始,並清楚拍攝開箱過程至商品全貌展示完成為止。
The recording must start with the package in its original, unopened condition, and clearly show the entire unboxing process until the product is fully displayed.
若未提供符合上述要求之開箱影片,將無法受理任何瑕疵、損壞或錯誤商品的退換貨申請。
If no unboxing video meeting the above requirements is provided, we will not be able to process any return or exchange requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
二、瑕疵判定原則
II. Criteria for Defect Assessment
因運送過程造成之明顯破損、嚴重變形或功能性損壞,經審核屬實者,可依本政策辦理補寄或退換貨。
If significant damage, severe deformation, or functional failure occurs due to shipping, and is verified after review, we will arrange a replacement or return in accordance with this policy.
不影響正常使用之輕微瑕疵(如微小刮痕、色差、包裝破損等),恕不列入退換貨範圍。
Minor imperfections that do not affect normal use (such as small scratches, slight color differences, or packaging damage) are not eligible for return or exchange.

【客製化商品】
【Customized Products】
由於商品為依照消費者需求特別製作,除非於運送過程中損壞,否則一律不可退換貨。
Since customized products are made specifically according to the customer’s requirements, returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, except for damage during shipping.
若運送造成損壞,經審核確認後,本公司將補寄新品,但運費需由買家負擔。
If damage occurs during shipping and is verified, we will resend a replacement product, but shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
若因本公司作業疏失導致列印顏色錯誤,本公司將免費補寄正確顏色之零件,運費由本公司承擔。
If a 3D printing color error occurs due to our production mistake, we will send the correct-colored part free of charge, and we will cover the shipping cost.
【非客製化商品】
【Non-Customized Products】
非客製化商品可於收到商品後 7日內(含例假日) 申請退貨。
Non-customized products may be returned within 7 days of receipt (including holidays).
退貨商品必須保持全新未使用、包裝完整、配件齊全,否則恕無法辦理。
Returned products must be unused, in brand-new condition, with complete packaging and all accessories included; otherwise, the return request will not be accepted.
退貨運費由買家自行負擔,本公司不提供貨到付款或運費補貼服務。
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer cash-on-delivery returns or shipping fee reimbursements.
四、其他注意事項

商品退換貨申請須於收到商品後 7 日內完成,逾期恕不受理。
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
退換貨之最終審核結果,以本公司客服中心審核為準。
The final decision on return or exchange eligibility is subject to review and approval by our customer service center.
本公司保留修改、變更、暫停或終止本退換貨政策之權利,並以網站公告為準,不另行通知。
We reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this return and exchange policy at any time. The latest version published on our website shall prevail without prior notice.
